Amanto wants to maintain an excellent relation with its customers. We appreciate your trust and take your rights seriously. It is important that you be informed of what you can expect from us and otherwise. The Terms and Conditions hereunder will allow you to know exactly what your legal situation is each time you visit us and place an order with us.
When surfing on our site www.Amanto.com, www.Amanto.be ,www.Amanto.nl, and our stores on ebay, you accept to be legally bound by, and to respect, the Terms and Conditions hereunder.
When you visit our websites or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on these sites. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the sale of all articles, found on our Amanto websites.

1. Your order
Making a purchase could not be easier!
Progress:
* Browse our site and click on any item or image of which you'd like to get the technical details or a larger picture.
* If you wish to buy an item, you can get to the order form by clicking on the shopping basket.
* Click on “add to cart”, next to the article (mind the right size if necessary) to add this article to your shopping basket.
* Here you can select the wanted quantity and do the necessary adjustments. * You can view your shopping cart anytime by clicking on "shopping cart". You can take your shopping cart to the till by clicking on “Check out”.
* After an overview of your order, you can complete or edit your address, delivery address and payment method.
* After completion and acceptance of your payment, you are directly linked, back to our site.
We will confirm each order or reservation by e-mail, as soon as possible. Please contact us if you don't receive these e-mails.
Amanto does not accept liability for mistakes occurring in the clients' coordinates.
The client is responsible for all shipments from Amanto to the specified delivery address. To avoid any abuse, we recommend you to notify us, immediately, of any change of address or removal.
Amanto has the right to accept or refuse orders. In case of rejection, the customer will, at his request (by fax or e-mail), be informed about the reason.
Amanto does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
A valid contract is concluded between yourself and Amanto when Amanto receives the confirmation of your order on the Amanto website or when Amanto receives an order form signed by you.
The Amanto administration is, barring rebuttal, considered as proof of the orders and deliveries requested by the customer, as well as the payments and delivered items. Amanto acknowledges that electronic communication can be considered as proof. By ordering from our website you endorse this and accept our conditions.
All articles available on the Amanto sites are described in good faith and as accurately as possible. The offers and prices are valid for the day of the site consultation, or for the period mentioned in our catalogues.
We have done our best to make all product images appear as closely to the original product as possible. Although, due to the color differences in each visitors computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see will be identical to the actual product. Products may also seem larger or smaller than the original product depending on your computer monitor. Some images have been enlarged to show detail.
The products that are presented on our site or in our catalogues are on sale within the limits of our stocks' availability. Amanto is doing its best to make sure that the ordered articles are available. It may however occur that an article has run out. You will then be informed within the shortest period and you will be able to cancel your order if you want.
Amanto cannot be held liable for any damages stemming from the non-availability of an article.

2. Prices
All mentioned prices are in EURO. These include everything (Belgian VAT 21% inclusive), except shipping costs.
Shipping costs are mentioned on the checkout page.
All articles are currently sent by the Belgian Post, TPG Nederland, DPD or Kiala (only Benelux). The items are insured for transport.
3. Delivery
After your online order, the items will be shipped as soon as possible. We recommend you to choose a delivery address, where someone is present during office hours. This could be the address of a neighbour, a family member, your work, etc.
It's not possible to pick up your order at our warehouse in leuven. The article will be delivered to the address that you will have mentioned in your order.
The estimated delivery time is mentioned on the detail page of the product. Amanto is making efforts to ensure that you will receive the article within the timeframe on the site. Be advised however that these delivery times are for your information only and that Amanto cannot be held liable for possible delays.
In case the goods are not available straight away, the customer will be informed by e-mail.
The Belgian law related to commercial practices, states that the loss of an item in transit is the responsibility of the seller.
Amanto sees to it that everything is carefully wrapped, before leaving the company. If, despite all our efforts, the items are damaged on arrival, please notify us within 3 days after receipt of the package. Amanto has the right to refuse any demand that doesn't reach us within this period.
4. Payment
You can either pay by paypal, credit card or online banking.
All on-line payments take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology. For these payments we cooperate with Ogone and Paypal. Ogone is one of the leading players in the European payment services market. Ogone offers a highly reliable high tech solution and is independent from the banks and works alongside them.
To guarantee the safe environment, Ogone uses continuously adapted SSL-certificates.
Ogone integrated the PCI-certificates, granted by Visa and MasterCard and the TDC-certificates by American Express. They demand a 128 bits codation and a powerful coding technique. Ogone integrates a 3D Secure-Identification Procedure (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure code and JCB J/Secure) to offer you a larger protection against fraud. Ogone developed modules to protect the payment even more, to detect fraud and to store your data in a secure manner.
Please use the correct credit card number and expiry date. Wrong information can delay your order or make it impossible to execute. Credit card payments depend on the approval of the financial supplier of the card. Amanto cannot be held liable for any commission or loading by banks or clearinghouses.
The on-line check and reservation will be executed before your order is finalised. The credit card transaction will be carried out on the day your order is prepared for shipment. All goods remain the property of Amanto until they are entirely paid, including VAT and delivery costs.
Belgian law only applies. In case of a dispute court of judiciary territory Leuven only have jurisdiction.
If, for one reason or another, your command could not be delivered, you will off course be reimbursed.
5. Return policy
The Belgian law related to commercial practices dated July 14, 1991, authorizes the consumer to notify the seller that (s)he renounces his/her purchase within 7 days following delivery or the conclusion of the contract.
Amanto offers you 30 days following the delivery instead of 7 days. Prior to returning goods to us, you must contact us. To deliver a better service in the future, we like to know the reason why you want to return the goods.
The unused, complete and originally sealed goods have to be returned within an acceptable period after receipt of this notification (e.g. 3 working days)
After a short check up of the returned articles, we will reimburse the goods or exchange them for a different article or size.
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise for whatever reason, just return it within 30 days from date of purchase. Please e-mail for instructions and receive a return confirmation number first. We'll give you full refund, less shipping and handling. There is no return on special order items or on any items that have been resized.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
Amanto respects and protects your privacy. We appreciate the trust you place in our company. All your personal data is treated with the greatest care and confidentiality.
We collect your personal information in order to handle your order as quickly and as easily as possible. That information will also allow us to offer you personalized services that will take into account your taste and preferences.
Amanto respects the Belgian law of December 8, 1992, related to the protection of privacy when handling personal data. That law states that the agreement of the person must be obtained before being allowed to collect personal data about that person; that the personal data must be appropriate and correct; and that it must be collected in order to pursue specific, explicit and legitimate means. The person from whom the personal data is collected is entitled to have access to, and modify, the data in question.
Finally, the law requires the automated treatment of personal data to be declared with the Belgian Commission for the protection of privacy.

That information will allow us to give you suggestions and recommendations on our products. We will always give you the possibility not to receive these tips if you do not want to. If you do not want to receive this personalized information, you can always unsubscribe.
We will also be able to use the information you give us in order to inform you of changes or special offers that might be of interest to you. Amanto will always give you the possibility not to receive that information. You can just send us an email to stop receiving promotional emails or click on the link you can find on the bottom of our promotional emails.
If you want to update your personal data you can do this on the site (when ordering) or by sending an email.
When surfing the Amanto site, you accept the Amanto privacy policy and agree that Amanto collect and use your data according to the above conditions.
7. Limited liabilities
Amanto can not be held responsible for loss, damage or delays in delivery of the goods or for the non-execution of some responsibilities, mentioned in these terms and conditions, if these are the result of a strike, an occupation, riots, war, fire, supremacy, accidents, failure or shortage of Amanto suppliers, restrictions imposed by the government, the non-approval of import or export certificates, subservience of the law, regulations, commands, or other reasons or conditions which influence the execution of these terms and conditions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Amanto.
If some definitions or phrasings in these terms prove to be invalid or not feasible for whatever reason, these phrasings or definitions will be practicable within legal terms. This influences the validity, legality and feasibility of the other definitions and phrasings, in no way.
Amanto has the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. While we work hard to ensure that the content on the site is accurate, current and clear, we can't guarantee that the content will be free from error. We exclude any liability for any errors and omissions on the site. The access or use by you of the contents of this website is entirely at your own risk. We do not make any representation or warranty and expressly disclaim any and all such warranties and terms in respect of any products, services, information or materials.
If the customer didn't receive our terms and conditions as mentioned above in his or her native language, doesn't release him or her of their application or validity. These terms and conditions and their contents are only drawn up for customers living within the EU, notwithstanding their worldwide availability.
Consequently, the offers and products on our site are only meant for customers, living in the European Union.
